Is There Something Going On Today?

Oh man, you bet there is!! It's Torrk's birthday! WHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! /me runs around screaming!

Today is the most exciting day of the year, the day for which all little children have been taught to pray. In honor of this momentous occasion, I GISed "Tork birthday" and this is one of the things GIS chose to show me.



I like to defer to GIS's wisdom in this choice, as the url not only includes the word "Tork" but also "geek". No "birthday", though. Huh.

Anyway, it's time for joy and merriment! What will you be doing to celebrate Torrk's birthday?

In case you're wondering

why I didn't do an NCAA Bracket this year, it's because I'm still recovering from the stupid Superbowl. Unless the Caps sneak into the playoffs I don't think I can get the energy to care about sports for a while.

March Madness: In April?

Ok, so I should have posted this last week, but let's add up the final score.



I only got one pick right for 16 out of 32 poins.




In the final round, Florida beat Ohio State, which means I got 0 our of 32 poins. Stupid Florida.


My final score is 126 out of 192. That's 65 percent. Oh well, better luck some other time.

I got every pick right, for a total of 32 (4*8) out of 32 poins.

I got three right, for a total of 24 (8*3) out of 32 poins.


I now have a total of 94 out of 128 poins.

I now have a total 38 out of 64 possible poins. I guess I'm not as good as this as I previously thought.

Also, stupid Maryland got knocked out of the tournament before the Sweet Sixteen. Losers! That's the end of Terp Watch until football season unless I try out for the baseball team.
