We'll just ignore the facts that don't conform to the "REALLY REAL HARDCORE, TUH-RUE NEX GEN, HIGH DEFINITION OR ELSE" worldview. Remember, Nintendo assassinated JFK and filmed the fake moon landings to cover up for the fact that they're selling more Wiis by selling less Wiis.

Probably the same sort of idiots who insisted that the only reason Homer Simpson won out over Peter Griffin on a dumb Facebook poll is that "there's too many old people who are too set in their ways to see that Peter is newer and 'edgier' and therefore funnier. Nevermind the whole thing about Peter Griffin being a cheap, crappy rip-off of Homer. Or that Homer at his "jerkwad"-iest is still somehow less horrible than Peter. But I digress. :o)
