When this man was killing people for a month in October of 2002 in Montgomery County, P.G. County, and Virginia, I remember being scared of gas stations and white vans. Even when I was at work it seemed like I could get shot while taking the trash outside, and one of the shootings did happen while I was working. I missed a class because police were checking rows of cars after one of the shootings, holding up a professor.
Now this man has been executed.
Good.
